Toyinbo L.A. is a renowned Gambia-based Nigerian artist. Though specialized in painting from the University of Benin in Nigeria, with BA (hons) 1982 and Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, Nigeria with (OND), he is also a specialist in Relief sculpture. He also introduces his painting technique into his Batik wall hangings which makes it unique from others.

His paintings, Relief Sculptures and Batik wall hangings adorn many Art lovers' homes and hotels like Flourich Wellness Resorts behind Palmarima Hotel, Destiny Club Wall behind BB Hotel, Bijilo Beach Hotel, Kings Fisher Guest house at Bijilo, and Senegambia Hotel to mention but few.

He has severally exhibited his works in Nigeria, Belgium, USA, Cairo and in many dignified venues in The Gambia.

He has taught Art and Design in many prominent schools in Nigeria and in the Gambia. He currently teaches Art and Design in Marina International School in the Gambia.
