My name is Edrisa Jobe, I was born in 1965 in Basse Town, Upper River Region in the Gambia. I attended St George's primary and Secondary School respectively and graduated in 1985.

I get in to Arts in 1987 because I was inspired by our cultural programmes and activities and the environment surrounding us. I started teaching my self with drawing images with pencil and chalk and later been in acrylic painting.
I am the founder and owner of Pool Gallery, The Gambia, Bakau Opposite the Kachikally Crocodile Pool.

I also attended so many Exhibitions in the Gambia and abroad...
